    Call between 8 am-11 pm EST Monday-Saturday and 8 am-8 pm on Sunday to get a live person. This number will get you to a company rep so you can say that you want to cancel your service.

    Go to the SiriusXM website, click Help & Support and Contact Us . If a window pops up, click Let's Get Started . If a window didn't pop up, click Chat Now .
