In Black 2, there are 15 legendary Pokemon that you can obtain without cheats or another DS. Dream Radar. This includes Kyurem, Zekrom, Cobalion, Virizion, Terrakion, Regirock, Registeel, Latios, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Cresselia, Heatran, and the fuse between Zekrom and Kyurem using the DNA splicers.
