Go forward a bit, once you see the first Shaymin, it's just a mirage so use your bike and keep going forward through the flowers until you see Shaymin. This is an event Pokemon. The only other way you can catch Shaymin now is using action replay.

It doesn't work anymore, the event is over. The only way to get Shaymin now is with an Action Replay or an emulator on the computer.
