Go to the submit a request page in a web browser. You can use any web browser on a computer, phone, or tablet.
- To complete this process, you will need an image of you with a government-issued ID (that also lists your birthdate) as well as a piece of paper with your Discord tag on it (it's similar to "username#1234"). It's important that all of this information is submitted in a single picture (the ID in one hand and the paper with the Discord name in your other hand). Use features like the timer or a selfie stick to take a picture without your hands .

Select Appeals, age update, other questions . You'll see this next to the "How can we help" question. Changing this changes the form of the next question.

Select Update age information . It's next to the "Appeals, age update, other questions" header.

Add optional information (if you want to). This includes checking the box and looking at the Community Guidelines as well as entering your phone number, which you'll need to do if you signed up using your phone number.
