Steps

Open Google Sheets on your Android. The Sheets icon looks like a green document on your Apps menu. It will open up to a list of all your saved spreadsheet files.

Tap the spreadsheet you want to edit. This will open the sheet in full-screen.Advertisement

Tap a column heading at the top. Find the column you want to resize, and tap the letter heading at the top. It will highlight the entire column, and a two-sided arrow icon will appear in the lower-right corner of the heading.

Tap and drag the arrow icon to the right. This will make the column larger in width.

Tap and drag the arrow icon to the left. This will make the column smaller in width.

6Tap the blue checkmark icon. This button is in the upper-left corner of your screen. It will save your changes to the spreadsheet.Advertisement
