Edit your current region in Chrome

Is your location wrong in Google Chrome? You can change your search region in Google Search using your settings, developer tools, or a VPN. You can also edit your location permissions. Here's how to change your location in Google Chrome.

Quick Steps

  1. Go to https://www.google.com/ .
  2. Click Settings .
  3. Click Search settings > Other settings .
  4. Click Language & region > Results region .
  5. Select a new region.
  6. Click Confirm .

Using Google Search

  1. Go to https://www.google.com/ in Chrome. You can change your region in Google's search settings.
    • If you don't set the location yourself, it will automatically detect your location based on your IP address.
