Once you've entered your birthdate into your PSN account, there's no option to edit your age. To get around this limitation, you used to be able to link your PSN account to your Sony account, which forced you to enter a new birthdate. This workaround is no longer available, so the only way to change your birth year is to contact Sony, or upgrade to an adult account once you turn 18.
