How to Connect or Change Your Spotify Account with Discord

Discord can connect with several other apps, including Spotify. Linking your Spotify and Discord accounts allows Discord to show what song you're listening to as your Discord status, and you can also display your Spotify account on your Discord profile. How to Link Discord and Spotify

Go to the Connections menu in your Discord settings, select Spotify, and log in. To change the Spotify account linked to Discord, remove it from Discord's Connections menu, then go to your Spotify account settings and remove Discord from the Manage apps menu.
