  3. This option is located on the far left of the options listed next to your avatar at the top of the screen.
  4. This will be the attention-getter for viewers, and can be the actual name, or a codename for your project. You can go back and change this if the need ever arises.
  5. There is a large group of available categories for projects. These categories are meant to describe to viewers what exactly the project will be. If your project does not fall under any specific category, list it as General.
  6. This is to let viewers know when the final date to audition is. You can extend this date if the need arises.
  7. This is another optional step. For fan-projects, listing the franchise (such as Halo, Twilight, Harry Potter, etc.) can make it easier to find for those who search for that on Casting Call Club. For original projects, you do not need to add a franchise.
  8. The default is Fan, but you can change it to Professional, Original, Machinima, or Roleplay.
    • Fan is for projects dedicated to aforementioned franchises.
    • Professional is for those who don't pay for Gold, but still would prefer higher-quality auditions (note that this does not guarantee you will get them).
    • Machinima is for animations made from using pre-rendered rigs, typically video game models.
    • Roleplay is for projects, most likely audio-related, in which actors and actresses get in character to act out life in fantasized scenarios.
  9. The default is Accepting any, but you can switch this to SAG or Non-Union.
  10. This is the site where the final product can be viewed in its entirety.
  11. If you created a video to explain in greater detail the rules and requirements of your project, place the link in the designated section to add it to the top of your casting call.
  12. Click on the Project Image Icon. Here you can choose a picture to grab the attention of Casting Call Club members.
  13. This is the most important step, as it may or may not turn away potential talent. Explain what you are looking for in a professional manner, and try to be as open as possible. Use proper grammar and spelling.
  14. Here is where you will list the roles you need filled. Depending on what you need, you can choose to list a role for a singer, animator, voice actor, audio engineer, writer, artist, video editor, producer, music composer, or director. There are quite a few details to fill out, so be sure to fill all of them in.
    • Fill in the name, gender, age, language, and accent of the role.
    • Add the pay amount and significance.
    • Add three audition lines. You can add less than three, but it is not recommended. These are the lines that those auditioning will use to create their auditions.
    • You can toggle an option to allow users to audition using one of their demo reels.
    • Add the description. Here you can describe exactly what you need from this specific role.
    • Save the details and add however many more roles you need.
  15. You may have to wait up to 15 minutes for it to be published, then it will appear on the list of new projects.

Normally, when you make an audition, you have to submit on that day. Or, you can edit what you made and then submit it. Have everything done with your audition, then submit everything at once.
