1Go to the Ganz eStore website at https://www.ganzestore.com/estore/ . You should be taken to a page with items listed for virtual purchase and Webkinz advertisements in the center.

2Click Sign Up . There are two Sign Up buttons. One is located in the top right corner in white font, while the other is in a green text box with a white arrow, located near the middle of the right hand side of the page.
- You can also click Login to be directed to the same page. You will be taken to a page with two options: you can either sign in or register as a new customer.

3Type in your birthday. This is required so you can get free gifts on your birthday.
- First, type in the month you were born in (a two digit number - if your birth month is January-September, use 0 as the first digit).
- Type in the day of birth. This is also a two digit number.
- Then, type in the four digit year you were born in.

4Fill in your name. Your name will not be shared, but you need it for account recovery purposes. Enter your first name in the second box, and click Tab on your keyboard or use the mouse to click on the box underneath to type your last name.

5Type in your email address. If you have more than one, choose the email address that is the easiest for you to access. Make sure the email address you enter is valid. Afterwards, go to the next box to confirm your email address.

6Create a password that is 6-32 digits long. Make a password that you will most likely remember, but write it down on a piece of paper in case you forget. The eStore recommends having at least one number included in your password. Once you've come up with a safe password, click on the next box to confirm it.

7Make a four digit PIN number. Your PIN number should be kept a secret, and it will be used to maintain account security.
- If you are unsure of what a PIN is or what it is used for, you can view a description by clicking the blue What's this? to the right side of the textbox.

8Read the User Agreement policy using the link provided. You will be asked whether or not you accept the User Agreement to make your account. Click User Agreement and a new tab will open up with the policy you are directed to follow. If you agree with the policy, check the box provided so you can create your account.

9Consider if you would like to receive promotional emails. If you check the last box, you will receive email updates from the eStore to provide you with gift suggestions, offers on items, and information regarding products. This checkbox is not mandatory , but if you wish to be informed of updates and new items, feel free to check it.

10Read through the information you entered. To verify that you typed in your personal information correctly, reread each box and the response you provided. Once you have made sure your information is accurate, you can finalize your account.

11Click the green Create Account button. This will bring you back to the homepage, and your account will now be accessible.Advertisement
