Permanently Deactivate Monkey App
To delete your Monkey app account, open the app and tap your profile icon. Tap the settings icon and select About Monkey . Tap Delete Account , and then Delete My Account .

Open Monkey. This app icon looks like a monkey's face on a purple background.

Tap your Profile icon. It's the outline of a money head in the lower right corner of your screen.Advertisement

Tap the Settings icon. This icon looks like a smooth gear in the top right corner.

Tap About Monkey . You'll see this near the bottom of the menu next to the Monkey app icon.

Tap Delete Account . This is next to an x icon and will bring up a text wall of what happens to your account when you delete it.

Tap Delete My Account . Your account will be de-activated for the next 30 days, and you can stop the deletion by logging into your account again. After 30 days has passed, your account will be permanently deleted.
- Confirm your choice by typing "DELETE" into the box when prompted (it needs to be in all cases for you to proceed).
- After you've deleted your account, you can uninstall the app.
