Steps

Open your iPhone’s Settings. The icon will appear as a set of grey gears located on your Home Screen.

Switch the green MMS Messaging slider to the “off” position. The slider will turn white. This will prevent your iPhone from sending or receiving any MMS text message. The phone will no longer be able to exchange messages with pictures, video, and other multimedia content. [1] X Research source
