    Start with the neck, draw an upper curved line that goes into the shoulders (make them even). Then draw the chest area, and curve your drawing into the hips. If you would like a poofy dress, draw your lines into a dress outline.

    How do I draw the eyes?

    Get the shape and main/basic stuff first. Draw lightly so it's easier to erase. It would help to look at some pictures of her eyes so you can see the details up close. Start first without color and only add it once you're done if you want it. You also may want to compare to drawing realistic eyes.
