Draw a rectangle tilted to the right. Draw straight lines from the vertices of the rectangle. Each vertical line must be of the same length. -

Draw a small rectangle at the center of the upper rectangle. Draw straight lines in the edges to indicate bound pages.

Refine, then trace with a pen, and erase unnecessary lines.
