When you can't FaceTime someone, it usually means the server can't connect due to poor connection, no Wi-Fi, or even an outage. FaceTime Unavailable doesn't necessarily mean they declined; they could be away from their phone, waiting for an important call, have Do Not Disturb enabled, or another reason. Here's why you see "FaceTime Unavailable" and how to fix it.

There's no Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
