Android user here- how do I clear my app cache data? Is it possible to clear all data from all apps at the same time or do I have to do them all individually?

To clear your app cache data, go to Settings, then Storage, then Apps. Select each app and then tap Clear Cache.

oh...do I really have to do it one at a time? Is there any way to clear ALL of the cache data at once?

Yeah, it looks like you can only clear individual app caches. I would say focus on clearing data for the apps you use the most, like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, things like that. They tend to have larger caches anyway.

Open Chrome, tap the 3-dot menu, then tap "Delete browsing data" and select the timeframe from the drop-down menu (last 15 minutes, last hour, last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 4 weeks, or all time). It will clear your cookies, cache, and other site data, too.

If you just want to clear your cache, then select "More Options" from the "Delete browsing data" menu and uncheck everything except for cached images and files.

Clear your cache and cookies regularly. I clear mine every week or so to keep my computer running fast and clean.

On an iPhone, you can still clear your history. Pull up your history in Safari. There should be three tabs and the one on the right should be your browsing/search history. When you switch to the history tab, the “clear” button in the bottom right turns blue for half a second. Quickly switch to another tab and back to the history tab over and over and spam the “clear” button while doing so with your other hand until your history clears. This may take a couple of tries.

Google Chrome: On a Windows or Linux computer, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. On a Mac, press Command+Shift+Delete. This will open the "Clear browsing data" window. Select the desired time range from the dropdown menu (e.g., "the past hour"). Check the box next to "Cached images and files." You can also choose to clear other browsing data like cookies or browsing history. Click the "Clear data" button.

I usually clear my cookies every week or so, with the exception of log-in info on certain websites. It just helps me feel more secure, but without the nuisance of having to re-add all my passwords.

If you know you don't want your browser history tracked and don't want to have to deal with deleting cookies, use the internet in incognito mode to keep everything you do private.
