I think I'm aromantic...

I thought about what the word romance meant to me, and it helped me realize that I was aro.

I'm aromantic as well! Honestly I'm fine with flying solo. I just don't get romance.

I wanted to take this quiz because I'm worried about romantic relationships. I realized every time I've ever liked someone it has not been because of them as a person but rather because they expressed interest in me or treated me like a normal human being (which was not common for me growing up) so I fear when it comes to romantic relationships it is driven by the need for attention and love from another individual. I'm worried this craving for love and a relationship is rooted in trauma and potentially the ADHD reward response if that makes sense. But these questions don't really cover that fear I guess. It said I'm likely not aromantic which I feel anyone who knows me will agree with based on how much I yearn for a relationship but again I worry I do not want one for the "regular" reasons (which I'm begining to wonder what those are even) and rather the things I've stated before; attention and interest along with another looming fear: physical aspects.
