    Sturgeon can be found during any weather, though you're most likely to find one on rainy Summer days. [3]

    To collect Roe, you must place your Sturgeon in a Fish Pond. Sturgeon Roe is the only item that your Sturgeon can produce. You can differentiate Sturgeon Roe from other Roe as it's black in color.
    • You can initially place up to 1 Sturgeon in your pond, but if you complete 4 quests, you can increase the pond capacity to 10. Sturgeon will reproduce once every 4 days.
