- If the foreigner is marrying another foreigner, depending on the nationality each of the couple's country must issue an affidavit that states you are free to marry. Requirements to secure the affidavit depends on the nationality. Commonly, valid passport has to be presented. If you are divorced or a had previous marriage has been terminated by spousal death, the original copy of divorce or death certificate must be provided.
- If the foreigner is marrying a Thai citizen, Thai National Identification Card and House Registration Document (blue book) is required.
