How to Get Nightingale Armor in Skyrim

Nightingale armor is an awesome choice for a thief class in Skyrim. If you want to get your own, you have to join the Thieves Guild and complete some of its main questline.

You can get there by walking or you can take a carriage from Whiterun, Markarth, Solitude or Windhelm. If you have already been to Riften you can fast travel to it.

Once this is successfully done, speak to Brynjolf again and he will ask you to go into the sewers to find a place called the Ragged Flagon which is the Thieves Guild hideout.

Once you are there, he will ask you to extort money from three bartenders at places called Haelga's Bunkhouse, The Bee And Barb and the Brawny Prawn.

Finish every quest he gives you (not including the quests you get from Delvin or Vex ) until you are on a quest called Trinity Restored.

Once you are on the quest called Trinity Restored, you need to follow Karlia and Brynjolf into The Nightingale Hideout and from there, follow Karlia and Brynjolf some more until you're all standing in front of three armor stones

There will be a cutscene where you and Brynjolf are inducted as Nightingales.

Finish every quest he gives you (not including the quests you get from Delvin or Vex ) until you are on a quest called Trinity Restored.

If you can't see Brynjolf at the marketplace in the beginning go into the Bee and Barb and he should be there.

After you get the armor you can continue the quest. If you do, you will be inducted into the Nightingale thieves faction.

If you have the perk in the Light Armor tree where a full set of light armor grants additional protection, wearing a full set of Nightingale armor will be beneficial.
