A quick and easy way to get a teen pregnant on Sims 3 without mods or anything that will corrupt your game or harm your computer.

  1. They need to be an unrelated female and male. Get them in the same household and make them relax on a queen size bed.
  2. To do this, pause game and hit ctrl-shift-c; this will open cheat engine. Type "testingcheatsenabled true" in the cheat engine.

  5. Shift click the female again. Turn her back into a teen and make her the way you want. Then click accept. Repeat the process with the male.
  6. They will try for 30 sec to 1 min.
  7. If she doesn't get pregnant try the entire process again.

  • Question
How do you make teenage sims pregnant in The Sims 4?
    Community Answer
There is no way to get teenagers pregnant without a mod. Check your favorite modding site, but be careful as mods affect the way the game works and may cause bugs or other unwanted effects.
  • Question
What if the cheat engine doesn't work? What should I do?
    Community Answer
You should save and quit, then restart the computer and try again. It should work after that.
  • Question
If this is done successfully, can there be any glitches with the pregnant Sim?
    Community Answer
The only glitch I've seen so far is my Sim's body turning invisible. Pretty sure it has to do with some of the maternity clothes being for adults and not teens.

      • Because she is a teen, it will not allow her to give birth at hospital, so go home or just do it wherever.
