    When you talk with him about your life, take it slow and reveal one thing at a time. Always save at least one story or an interesting detail about your life for the next time so that he’ll never stop trying to figure you out. When you build an air of mystery, you also build anticipation, which will get him to chase you.
    • Keep building mystery by limiting the number of texts you send. Only text him once before waiting for him to respond (rather than following up with another three texts right away).

    The only thing to remember is that he probably isn’t going to change his mind, and he’s not trying to change yours either—your guy wants a partner who will speak up and be different.     Invite him on shared experiences that can be adventurous for both of you and show him your spontaneity.     Your guy is perfectly capable of committing to a partner, but not when he feels pressured to do it. Just as you need to show him that you’re independent, you also need to show him that you don’t mind him being independent too.     When you're having an interaction with someone, make sure to keep eye contact for more than three seconds. Lightly do some touching on the arm to express interest. You want to show that you're interested by listening and kind of paraphrasing back to them what they've said. For example, someone says, “You know, I like to go rock climbing.” Your response, “Oh, you like to go rock climbing? I've never been. What's that like?” By doing this they know you're listening, and you're showing that you're paying attention to them.
