Is there no sound on the videos you recorded on your iPhone? If you don't hear anything during playback, you most likely had Silent Mode enabled or experienced a software glitch. While there's no way to recover the audio, there are plenty of ways to prevent it from happening again. Here's what to do if your iPhone videos have no sound.

Why Are My iPhone Videos Muted?

If there's no sound on your iPhone videos, you may have had Silent Mode enabled while recording. You can check if a video was muted manually by opening the video and tapping Edit . Make sure there's no slash over the volume icon.

Unmute the video.
