- Half pound mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Half a teaspoon fine salt

Use about half a pound (250 grams) oyster mushrooms.

Separate each mushroom from the bunch and shred any larger mushrooms into smaller pieces with your hands.Advertisement

Place mushrooms in a plastic/zip log bag and add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon thyme, half a teaspoon fine salt and 2 tablespoons flour (use corn flour for gluten-free option). Close the bag and shake well to coat.

Transfer mushrooms in a single layer to a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 ℉ (175 ℃) for about an hour or until very crispy.
