Minecraft is a sandbox game with infinite possibilities. Through the use of machines, it is possible to duplicate items in the game. This can be useful when something requires a lot of resources or you just don't have the time to gather the resources. So, this article will help you duplicate any type of rail block in Minecraft.
Steps
-
1
-
2Place your 3 miscellaneous blocks on top of each other. Then, place a sticky piston on any side of your top miscellaneous block. However, do not place on top of the top miscellaneous block.Advertisement
-
3Place a slime block on the sticky side of the sticky piston. Then, place another slime block underneath the previously placed slime block.
-
4Go back to the 3 miscellaneous blocks and place the two ladders on the side opposite of the sticky piston. (So that you can get up in the future)
-
5Get on top of the 3 miscellaneous placed blocks once you have placed the ladders. While you are looking at the slime, place down your observer. You will know that you've done this right if the arrow on the top of the observer block is facing you.
-
6Place the lever on top block of the 3 miscellaneous blocks.
-
7Stand on the observer that was previously placed. Crouch over the edge and place the next observer. You will know if you've done this right by seeing a red dot on the observer that was placed facing back at you.
-
8Activate the machine by flipping the lever. Then, turn the machine back off, also using the lever. The sticky piston should now be extended.
-
9Surround the observer that was just placed in step 7 by glass, except for the top of the observer block.
-
10Directly in front of the blocks that were just placed, dig out a hole that is 2 blocks wide, 3 blocks long, and 2 blocks deep.
-
11Place the two chests on the side that is farthest from the glass that was previously placed, also place them at the bottom of the hole. Then fill in the rest of that layer with any block.
-
12Place the six hoppers so that they connect to the chests (filling in the rest of the hole). You will know that you've done this correctly when it looks like the tail end of the hopper is pointed toward either another hopper (that leads into one of the chests) or the chests.
-
13Place glass around the now filled-in hole (to act as a barrier). The glass should be 3 high.
-
14Dig a new hole somewhere outside the glass barrier you just created, so that you can access the chest that you previously placed down.
-
15Place your desired type of rail on top of the observer that was surrounded with glass.
-
16Turn on the machine with the lever until you have the number of rails you want.
