You need it to extract the files that you'll be downloading.
The best ones are ZNES and SNES9X; either of which you can find by searching online.

You can download one by searching for a site with a ROM.
Go to this website and click on the "Kaizo Mario -- Kaizo Mario 2 -- and Lunar IPS" link to download the necessary files. There's also a link to Kaizo Mario 3 if you want to play that game.
Open the folder when it's done.
Then, when it prompts you for the original file, select the Super Mario World file to apply the hack.
