- Medium gooseberry sized Tamarind
- 1 medium size Tomato
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 3 medium sized red chili
- 4 garlic pieces
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 stem of curry leaves
- 3 stem of coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
