My bluetooth has been deactivated. Nothing I try reactivates it. What can I do?

You may want to restart you devices, so it can refresh. If that does not work, go to settings, go to bluetooth, press the switch to turn it on and off and keep pressing it.

Turning on the Bluetooth option makes the settings app pause and about 1-2 minutes later it just crashes, what can I do?

Try restarting your computer . This will allow the operating system to reset and clear any issues that may have built up over the course of your computer being on. If this doesn't work, try running a virus scan such as Windows Defender, as malware such as a virus may be the cause of the problem. A more extreme approach would be to completely reset your PC.
