How do I add a picture to go with someone's phone number on my phone?

Bring up the saved contact, or if you have not added them yet, choose "Add new contact." On the top right, underneath the word "Cancel" is "Add photo." You will be given the option to either take a photo or choose a saved photo. You can move and resize and even just use part of a picture. Then save!
