QuestionIs it bad to put eyeliner on your waterline?Daniel Vann is the Creative Director for Daredevil Cosmetics, a makeup studio in the Seattle Area. He has been working in the cosmetics industry for over 15 years and is currently a licensed aesthetician and makeup educator. No, not if you do it properly. Use your ring finger to pull your eyelid open, then very quickly line along the waterline. If you take too long, you'll make your eyes water, and the liner will never set. If your eye does water, you have to wait for it to dry, then line your eye again.

QuestionIs it bad for guys to wear eyeliner?HumanBeingTop AnswererNot at all! The only people who shouldn't wear eyeliner are those who have allergies to its ingredients, as swollen red eyes are never a good look. Eyeliner isn't commonly worn on all occasions; for example, few people would wear it on a hike or to do gardening. Choose an occasion that you wearing eyeliner won't be too shocking, and go from there.
