If you coming from Manhattan, take one of the Harlem River crossings in the Bronx and get on I-95 from there. If you are coming from Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island, don't take the RFK, Whitestone, or Throngs Neck bridges. Take the Queensboro Bridge and drive the FDR north towards the Bronx. Cross at one of the Harlem River bridges and merge onto I-95 from there.
