It's a tough one, but it's possible. If you have the fingerprint ID enabled, you can theoretically get back to the home screen. Then, you can plug the phone into your computer and you'll be able to access the files that way.

If your Home button doesn't work, there's no way to unlock your phone (unless you don't have a passcode...) or get Siri to work (unless you have voice commands turned on for Siri (like "Hey Siri,").
