My male Sim got abducted, but no pregnancy. Should I try to get him abducted again, or should I wait it out?

Wait until the "Abducted" moodlet goes away. Once that's gone, the "Unexpected Weight Gain" moodlet should appear. If it doesn't, your Sim isn't pregnant and you'll need to get him abducted again. (Keep in mind that only male human sims can get pregnant!)
