    One thing you can do is start chunking your time. To do this, go through your to-do lists and prioritize the things that are non-negotiable. Then, buffer in extra time for each of these things to give yourself enough space to complete the tasks you really need to complete. By dividing your schedule based on what's really important and what you can kind of take your time on, it'll be a lot easier to manage your time and show up for important things on time.
