Assess why you are bored. Maybe you have nothing to do, or maybe you are unsatisfied with your lifestyle? Try improving your state of mind by thinking of 3 things worse than what you're doing, and 3 things better than what you're doing. How can you improve your boredom? Do you need to fill some gaps? If you are stuck in a boring situation, realize that boredom is actually a choice and that you can be happier and less bored simply by believing so. Try thinking about something interesting, something that you like, and remember that there is always something worse than what you are doing. Talk to a friend or family member, be happy!
