At age 27 is it possible to enter in this field? How I can do the best in this?

This is a field that is about skill and presentation. I started school in 2016 at 30 and graduated this year at 31. So you have a 3 year jump on me and some individuals start in their 50's. You don't have to limit yourself to working in a salon, either. You can become an educator, platform artist, etc. I myself am looking into working for nursing homes that want hairstylists to do their residents' hair.
