When I breed frogs, one of the frogs that I have in my habitat always gets switched with a different one. Does that always happen or is it some glitch on my phone?

The two starter frogs will do that, but any others shouldn't. If the other ones are doing that, you might have a problem.

How do I get new sanctuaries? I have gotten habitats that can only go over an existing sanctuary, so I only have space for 8 frogs. Please help!

You have to level up. Each level will let you buy a new sanctuary. You can also move frogs to the nursery, but then you have less space for baby frogs.

The awards are stuck on top of each other and won't spread around the habitat. What do I do?

If you long press on the item in the habitat you want moved, it will let you move it, sell it, switch which habitat it is in, or gift it to somebody in your friends list.

How do I accept a sent frog when playing Pocket Frogs?

They should accept automatically as long as your mailbox isn’t full, you will get a notification saying, “(insert friend code or name of friend) has sent you (item or frog you were sent).” Click accept and you’ll be on your way, just remember to clear your mailbox beforehand!
