Most likely, no. They look for physically alert people. You don't have to be happy all the time, but you certainly can't be sad all the time either. Also, you can't be constantly worried about things, and you can't be anxious constantly either.

Yes, unfortunately it is too late for you to become a profiler. The FBI takes special agents as young as 23 and as old as 37. However, if you are a veteran, you can be granted an age waiver if older than 37.
