  • Question
Can I catch more than one Mew?
    Community Answer
No, you can't. You can only catch one Mew legally per event. If you want to catch more than one, use Gameshark codes.
  • Question
How do I make Mew obey?
    Community Answer
Mew failing to obey means that it has been correctly identified by the game as a hacked Pokemon, most likely due to a lack of the "fateful encounter" flag. Check if it has a "fateful encounter" listed on its status screen - if not, it means you probably followed one of the steps incorrectly.
  • Question
How do I catch Mew in Pokemon Ruby?

  • Question
    Can this Mew be shiny?
    Community Answer
Yes, it can. However, the RNG of Emerald is pretty broken, which makes this hard.
  • Question
Can I get Latias and Latios in Pokémon Emerald?
    Community Answer
Yes. When you have completed the game, your mum will ask what colour on TV. Say blue if you want latios and red if you want latias. You cannot catch both. Then they will appear as roaming legendaries, and will stay roaming until you catch it. You should save your master ball for this as they will always flee if let to do any move.

Via glitching or a cheating device, you can reset the Mew after catching it.
  • Question
Step 39 mentions you should hatch the egg in a different place to get to naval rock, but does the same apply for birth island/deoxys, or is the same spot in oldale town okay to hatch the egg?
    Flipflipshift
    Community Answer
Try hatching it in the same place. You'll warp to birth island still but you might land on a tile where you get stuck (like a rock or the water). Adjust your hatching location accordingly to land on the correct tile.
  • Question
I was able to warp to both new and deoxys but Lugia wasn't doable, might there have been an error with how you specified renaming box 10 (it's written as the same as the original box 10 name)
    Neimi2d
    Community Answer
Instead of renaming box 10 and 11, you must rename boxes 11 and 12. box_11: (?”CRlo ) box_12: (EqFRo ).
