How do I save downloads to a jpeg file?
    Community Answer
You can't save downloads to another file than the file you're trying to download. If the file is PNG, BMP, etc., you can change it. All you need to do is open the file in a photo editor, and save it as another type of file.

It depends on what type of file it is. If it's an image or .gif you can right-click it and select open in a new tab. This will open the file fully without downloading.
