I'd recommend either using a password manager, which will keep track of all of your different passwords for you, or writing your passwords down in a notebook. If you go the notebook route, keep it someplace safe where other people can't access it.

Try using a VPN. VPN uses a different server in a different country, which means your sites at your workplace will no longer be blocked as soon you switch on the VPN on your phone. VPN applications are available on the App Store/Play Store.

To change your account email on the Spotify website, follow these steps: Open a web browser and go to the Spotify website. Click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your existing Spotify email and password and click on the "Log In" button. Click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Account" from the dropdown menu. Click on the "Edit Profile" button. Enter your new email address in the "Email" field. Click on the "Save Profile" button to save your changes. Spotify will send a verification email to your new email address. Check your email and click on the verification link to verify your new email address.
