    You have to wait for however long you set your screen saver timer to. If you set your screen saver timer to two minutes (meaning it would come on after two minutes of inactivity on your computer), you have to wait two minutes.

Then you can look at "Themes" to change the "Themes" You can obtain more from Microsoft Store to download (if you have an account). Repeat the same sequence to start using the new download themes. Screen Savers are located in "Control Panel". Note: Windows 10 doesn't need any screen savers.
