    Expert Answer
It's different for everyone. Just on your face, your forehead is a different color than your cheek, which is a different color than your neck, or your chest, or your arm. One good way to check is to try looking at the color of your arm and your hand, because if you rest your chin on your hand, you want it to be about the same color as your face.

    Community Answer
It depends, if you're looking for a noticeable, stylish, look, then dark blue (navy blue) or dark purple will look good. But if you want a more natural look, then try black, or a shade a little darker than your skin color.
