Whether that's good or bad depends on what you do, who you are, etc. Example three: Password -- because people can log into your account and steal your content, identity, money and life. Example four: Your age -- because some people prey on the very young and the very old with scams, hacks or improper advances.

Is it still bullying if you are role-playing with someone on a video game and they say something mean but don't mean it in a real way?

It is not bullying. First off, bullying is when someone does something rude over and over again and tries to drag you down. Second of all, when roleplaying, they are usually not bullying. If they are bullying as their roleplay character, it does not count as bullying. However, if they are using a roleplay room to bully you, it does count as bullying.
