My kitten is really underweight (from a breeder), so I'm feeding him with a syringe and bottle. But the milk drips onto his fur and gets crusty. I've tried bathing him but it isn't changing. Help!

You can look online for milk bottles for pets. As for the mess, you can use a washcloth and try to gently scrub it out. If he drips, immediately clean the milk before it dries. When it comes to feeding time, have a warm, damp washcloth ready beside you and maybe a small bowl of warm water. Make sure you use the correct milk, so go to a pet store or vet for it. Once the kitten is at least four weeks old start giving it water. Water is vitally important for cats.

You will need to keep them warm (e.g. hot water bottle and a towel/jumper in a box) and feed them as the mother would. This means finding a kind of milk that they can be fed (not cow's milk). Some supermarkets and vet stores sell "pet milk" or "cat milk" which does not contain lactose. They will need to be fed several times a day, depending on how old they are. Handle them a lot so they get used to you. Bathe them gently in warm water with babies' soap if they are dirty, otherwise you could wet a hand towel and wipe them clean with it (as a mother would lick them).

Is there a cat shampoo for fleas and for fur loss?

Not for both issues. Instead of a flea shampoo, you could try Capstar. It will kill all the adult fleas. There is no need to give it every day, once or twice a week is sufficient. You will want to do all pets in the household at the same time, though. As far as shedding, try the Furminator. It is a comb that helps strip the loose undercoat. Also, if you bathe your cat with a mild shampoo, afterwards use a wet wash cloth and wipe and stroke your cat to remove a lot of loose fur.
