Use a microfiber cloth, something very soft. In a pinch, use an old t-shirt or underwear.

I use apple cider vinegar and my fridge is totally spotless. Spray a clean cloth with the vinegar, wipe the fridge, then use another clean cloth to wipe it again. The results are amazing.

Try rubbing alcohol. Soak sponge or cotton ball with rubbing alcohol, and wipe the stains away. If the stains are still in the texture, dip an old toothbrush into some rubbing alcohol, and gently scrub away.

Try mineral oil (baby oil is mineral oil with perfume). In an inconspicuous place, use 0000 steel wool. That is Quad Zero steel wool. Anything less will damage the finish. Use 0000 steel wool with mineral oil and elbow grease. Gently go with the grain of the finish. Never wipe, brush, scrub etc. against the grain of the finish.

If you scratched the fridge with the scrubber there may be nothing you can do. If it's just a surface mark, try using cleaning products made specifically for stainless steel refrigerators -- there are several types of sprays and cleaning wipes. In the future, only use soft cloths with stainless steel cleaner or other cleaning products safe to use on stainless steel.

Try carauba wax. Since the wax is flammable, use carefully and get rid of the excess rather than letting it build up.

I used baking soda with water on a micro-fiber cloth, and then wiped with paper towels. You don't need a lot of the soda.

Soak the stickers with WD-40 and wait a minute before trying to peel it off. Something like Goof Off should work as well.

Try baby oil or vegetable oil, then rinse after you get it off. Oil usually works to get stickers off any area and it is okay to use on a stainless steel refrigerator.
