Use you vampiric drain spell against him. It will heal you and harm him simultaneously. If you are low on magicka, use the Equilibrium spell found in Labyrinthian Chasm and an insta-heal spell like Fast Healing at the same time to restore both health and magicka.

Can I ever get the Staff Of Magnus anywhere else then from the Labrynthian?

I have restarted this one over 20 times and I still cant do anything. It won't let me close the eye and Acano doesn't paralyze the other dude; they don't speak at all and O cant do anything. Do you know why?

Check if your disk (if using) has scratches. Reload save files from before you even started anything related to this quest. Also, make sure the quest shows up on your active quest list. Sometimes there are bugs where quests aren't recognized by the game somehow.
