  • Question
I have school in two months, and I'm nervous that I will forget things and not wake up on time. What can I do to prevent this?
    Tamara
    Top Answerer
Organize your bag and all your supplies, notebooks, textbooks, etc. the night before. Use an alarm clock with a battery backup (in case of a power outage), and you can even ask a family member to make sure you're awake as a precaution.
  • Question
What if my alarm doesn't go off?
    Tamara
    Top Answerer
Double check the night before that you have set your clock properly (make sure the time is set for a.m. and not p.m.) and use a clock with a battery backup in case of a power shortage (blackout). If you STILL wake up late, skip the least important parts of your morning routine and get to school as quickly as possible.
  • Question
How do I get straight out of bed when the alarm rings?
    Community Answer
Set your ring tone to a positive sound/song that you like. I would also advise you to put your alarm clock/mobile phone on the other side of the room so that when it rings, you will have to get out of bed to turn it off. Once you're up, jump straight in the shower or splash cold water on your face to wake yourself up.
  • Question
How do I know when to wake up when developing a good morning routine before school as a girl?
    Community Answer
It depends on what time school starts, how long it takes to get there, and how long your routine will take. If, say, school starts at 8:00 and it takes you 20 minutes to get there and an hour to get ready in the morning, you should get up at 6:40.
  • Question
How do I not press the snooze button?
    Community Answer
If you use a manual alarm, try putting it across the room, so by the time you get there, you’re less likely to go back to sleep. If you use a phone alarm, simply just turn the snooze feature off.
  • Question
I have school in two weeks and I don't know what time is best to wake up and go to bed.
    Community Answer
You should wake up about an hour before you need to leave your house for school (assuming it doesn't take too long to get there). This will give you time to eat breakfast and get ready. If you're in elementary or middle school, you need to get 9-10 hours of sleep per night, so you should go to bed 9-10 hours before the time you need to wake up.
  • Question
I have school at 9 a.m. and it takes 5 minutes to get there, what time should I wake up?
    Deanna Baker
    Community Answer
Around 7:45-8:00 a.m., just to make sure you have time for everything. The extra 15 minutes could be used for checking over homework or making the healthiest breakfast possible. If this is your first week of school at a new school, it would be best to wake up at 7:45.
  • Question
What is a good, easy and quick breakfast before school?
    Community Answer
You could eat a granola or protein bar and a yogurt (Greek yogurt is best, it has protein), or you could make a smoothie the night before and put it in the fridge so you can just grab it in the morning. Cereal and fruit is pretty quick and easy too.
  • Question
I don't have a alarm clock. And I'm always grouchy when my sisters get up before me. What can I do?
    Alannah.gamble
    Community Answer
Build a morning routine if you don't have one and maybe you should get a alarm clock on you device so that your alarm clock can wake you up.
  • Question
How do I remember everything when I have a lot to do in school?
    Community Answer
Get a planner where you can write all of your assignments down immediately when they're given to you, along with the due dates for projects, the dates of upcoming tests, and anything else of significance. Check your planner before you leave school for the day so you know what books and supplies you need to bring home, then check it again when you're ready to do your homework.
  • Question
What should you do if you want time to exersice and do a skincare routine ?
    HOLLAND BIGGS
    Community Answer
Wake up a little earlier and do your exercise, then skincare routines. Don't do the skincare routine first because you will sweat and it will come off.
