It depends on your school's uniform/dress code. If you can't show your shoulders, wear a tight fitting t-shirt with short sleeves. If you can't wear midriff crop tops, wear a tight bodysuit. Wear tight fitting jeans (black makes you look thinner) and boots If you have a uniform, with the sports uniform you can roll up your shorts. The sports shirt can be tied at the back and tucked underneath itself. If you need to wear enclosed shoes, I recommend Converse or Vans. Wear your skirt high and tuck in your blouse if you have one. A choker is a good, sexy accessory. Wear your hair down or in Dutch braids.
