My hair is a very pale pink. I bleached it but it's still pink; how can I turn it to blonde without frying my hair?

There are several ways you can resolve this. Depending on how pale the pink is, you can use a light green dye (very light, should match the shade and be on the opposite spectrum of the color wheel), apply like regular dye, and wash out after 30+ minutes. Bleach is very harsh and damaging to your hair and should be used as a last resort. There are a variety of color removes/color strip options that can be less damaging and more effective than bleach. Taking hot showers, using non-colour friendly shampoos and using hot items (straighteners, curlers) are all ways of regular stripping hair of color.
